Tenants obligations

  • One month deposit to be returned upon completion of tenancy, provided no damages have occurred to the property, excluding wear and tear 
  • Contents deposit, Euro 1,500 to be returned upon completion of tenancy, provided no damages have occurred to the contents or missing of contents on the property
  • Water, electricity and monthly common charges will be the responsibility of the tenant
  • A telephone line can be arranged upon request
  • Unlimited WIFI is available, Euro 29 monthly
 

Owners obligations
